Fitness

Being fit is not only a duty to your fellow man, but to yourself. A strong mind can do wonders by itself. However, if accompanied by a strong body, anyone can do amazing things.

Sadly, I’m not a superhero like Wonder Woman or the Phoenix, but I can at least be as fit as my next door neighbor and/or even be fitter.

Thus, in the name of fitness, I’m doing martial arts, which helps me improve my balance, coordination and, most important of all, confidence.
